Fertility is as important to men as it is to women. Male fertility depends on the sperm’s ability to fertilize an egg. Sperm count and sperm quality are the main characteristics of male fertility and are dependent on many non-modifiable (age) and modifiable (diet, alcohol, tobacco, weight, etc.) factors.
