
Shilajit is known in Sanskrit as conqueror of mountains and destroyer of weakness, is a pale-brown to blackish-brown exudate of variable consistency from layers of rocks in many mountain ranges of the world. According to Ayurveda, shilajit is used as a tonic, useful in promoting strength, stamina, and vigor.
According to scientific research, Shilajit is reported to possess antioxidant, adaptogenic, anti fatigue and anti-inflammatory properties and helps improve physical endurance.
Composition : Each capsule is prepared/derived from: Raw Shilajit 500 mg
Excipients q.s.
Equivalent to 125mg Shudh Shilajit extract.
Dosage and Direction
Adults: Take one capsule orally twice daily preferably with milk or as directed by a physician.
Indications:
It is used as general tonic. Good for general weakness and for improving strength, stamina, power and vigor.
Adverse Effects:
There are no reported adverse effects of Shilajit capsules.
Overdose: It is advisable that one should not exceed the recommended dose of Shilajit Capsules. However, higher doses may not cause any severe adverse effects. In such cases the treating physician should be informed.
Contraindications : Allergy hypersensitivity to Shilajit.
Precautions: It is advisable to consult a doctor for its prolonged usage. Shilajit capsules are hot recommended for use in children below 12 years.
Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
